Dear Louisiana Licensed Radiologic Technologists:

This serves to remind you that the 2013 renewal season will begin March 1, 2013.  A post card renewal notification was mailed on February 25, 2013 to addresses on record.  The 2013-2015 Renewal Application is available under "documents."  Click "documents," find the 2013-2015 Renewal Application, print, complete, and attach 24 continuing education hours along with the appropriate fee and mail the entire packet to the Board office.  You can renew your license up to and before May 31, 2013 and not be subject to late renewal penalties. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR LICENSE EXPIRE.We can be reached at  504-838-5231 if you need assistance in the renewal process. Late fees are charged after a June 1, 2013 postmark date. We also will respond to any e-mail requests or messages that you need to send us. Our e-mail address is laradbrd@bellsouth.net.

The web data is updated daily for those wishing to do verifications. Applications and other items are available on the site.
